We started our executive housing company in 1991 with the intention of providing visitors to Cincinnati, OH and Northern KY with a better lodging experience than they were currently experiencing. Coming from a highly competitive background, our goal from the outset was to become the leading provider of upscale, high quality lodging in Cincinnati. We believe that the additional benefits of an upscale furnished apartment over extended stay hotel accommodations, combined with a team dedicated to providing the best guest service in Greater Cincinnati, is the key to our success.
Since becoming Greater Cincinnati’s ONLY locally owned and operated executive housing company, we continue to focus on helping families transition to a new city. We’ve managed to grow the company mainly by listening to our guests/customers and continually improving our product based on their input. That feedback has led to numerous features that we’ve added over the years to further enhance our guest’s lodging experience with us. We recognize that the majority of our guests staying with us are new to the city and they need basic information about Cincinnati’s attractions, restaurants, school districts, shopping, etc., therefore, we provide information packets to all of our guests. Another recent feature that we’ve incorporated into our furnished apartments was adding 27 in. TV’s to all of our apartments for our guest’s benefit. We can also provide additional TV’s in the bedrooms. We recognize the need for families, or individuals sharing an apartment, to be able to watch one program while other people may be using the second TV for their own entertainment. All of our corporate apartments have dual DVD players in the unit, too.
Our "in-house" linen facility and excellent housekeeping staff assures that you will always have fresh linens delivered to you on the day of your apartment cleaning instead of old linens washed in your apartment by strangers. If you need extra linens or towels, please don't hesitate to ask! Every apartment that is turned around after a guest has left must pass a very thorough inspection before it is released to our pool of available apartments. We believe that our extra attention to detail regarding guest service is the reason we've managed to become the leading provider of upscale family/executive housing.
